Outlaw rogue mage tower skins1/2/2024 ![]() Finish that last add off with a shuriken toss. If an add lives with like 1-2% let it go and kill the others. Most of my kills on the adds were from single target bursts. If they were all still up but around 10% I’d shuriken storm + black powder. Then I used shadowstrikex2 → evisc to dps them evenly. I didn’t use it but Marked for Death is probably fine, I only used shuriken storm once with a dance charge and symbol to slow them + apply find weakness. Remember this phase is a damage check and is supposed to become impossible after a while.I usually swap to shuriken storm and marked for death for that. Second instincts is in the case you can’t stop a third annihilation. You can delay the cast by using mighty bash and the holy wards. Second one use an instincts, and try not to even get hit by a third if you can help it. For the first annihilation just use bark skin/iron fur. I also took a second stack of survival instincts for this phase. In that stub window is great time to dump damage into the boss and cleave down adds. Try to save Velens holy wards to stop the boss from casting Annihilation and stink the adds. If phase 2 is killing you, it’s really all about paying attention to where the lasers are coming from and where Velen is. If the eyes are blasting you, you just gotta face them before the cast and it will stop the cast, use moonfire on them and they die. They’re pretty slow and literally kill themselves over time so it’s best to ignore them and use movement utility to kite them and focus on the other adds/boss. If you’re getting blasted off the edge in phase one, try to watch your positioning to stay away from the infernals. If it comes down to the wire, you should be able to keep Touch of Karma and all your defensives (talent for the brew defensives) off CD until the very end, and if you need to take a third or fourth aoe at 150% from the solo wurm you could prob pop multiple CDs and survive - it doesn’t one-shot with layered defensives (in my experience).ĭepends on what’s killing you. Every 10 seconds you can instant-cast it, so that combined with Expel Harm and Chi Burst should keep you topped off the entire fight. Note that you should be taking all the Vivify talents - most importantly the 40% healing increase, the 8% healing taken increase, and the instant-cast Vivify. Once they are, move Bloodtotem near the wurm and cleave onto Bloodtotem while focusing the wurm, then repeat this phase and the earthquake phase as many times as you need to do ensure high health going into the solo boss phase and low enough boss health to burn before dying to the aoe. Basically keep in mind you have as long as you need - never push Bloodtotem until all stacks are off the wurm. For me this was about 50%, but your gear might make this higher or lower. Most of the guides recommended to prioritize Bloodtotem and ignore Jormog until the end, but this will definitely get you killed once Bloodtotem is dead you can’t interrupt every Screech (scream? whatever his unavoidable aoe is called) - you can hit the first with Para and the second with Sweep, but you’ll be a few seconds short of the next Para, so you basically have to kill Bloodtotem only after Jormog is low enough to be killed before he does a third aoe.
